Construction of the gate

The main elements of the garage door structure are: an armor, a load-bearing unit and a drive unit. The supporting structure of the gate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel. Its most important elements are vertical and horizontal guides - this is where the door armor moves. The key element of the drive unit is the shaft equipped with torsion springs, whose task is to compensate the weight of the door armor. Their endurance is over 15 thousand. cycles, i.e. 15 years of trouble-free and stable operation of the gate.

All our gates are equipped with torsion springs and a solid structure made of hot-dip galvanized steel, thanks to which they are characterized by many years of failure-free and stable operation. The specially profiled shape of the door panels eliminates the possibility of pinching your fingers.

Warmth and thermal insulation

Perfect thermal insulation is ensured by panels with a thickness of 40 mm, made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, coated with polyester, filled with polyurethane foam. Our gates are sealed around the perimeter with durable seals, so that no wind or rain can enter the garage, and the bottom seal eliminates unevenness in the ground.

Panels

The panels are available in three types of embossing: without embossing, high, low, and two types of surface structure: woodgrain and smooth. The door panels are painted on the outside. They are always white on the inside. The standard colors are: white RAL 9010, brown RAL 8014, anthracite RAL 7016, gray RAL 7040. The color palette can be extended at an additional cost.
