The ninth edition of Warsaw Home & Contract is the largest interior design trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe, combining a comprehensive product exhibition with a rich program of conferences, workshops, and artistic events. Over the years, the fair has built its reputation as a space where innovation, aesthetics, and business meet.
Six Thematic Zones
The exhibition will be divided into six main sectors: Furniture, Textile, Light, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Build. This structure allows visitors to explore the market in its full diversity – from construction and finishing materials, through the latest smart home systems, to collections of furniture, lighting, and decorative fabrics. Such a comprehensive formula makes Warsaw Home & Contract a meeting place for architects, designers, developers, investors, and all enthusiasts of good design.
Design Trends Congress – The Heart of the Event
At the core of the fair will be the Design Trends Congress – the largest conference of its kind in the region, dedicated to the future of design, technological innovations, and strategies for the creative sector.
One of its pillars will be ArchiDAY – a four-day cycle including eight thematic blocks, 24 workshops, and special exhibitions. Its highlight will be the premiere of the report “Materials Ready for the Future”, focused on innovative solutions with enhanced durability, resistance, and aesthetics.
Another major element will be the SPFP Conference – Polish Design Connects, which will showcase the role of Polish industrial design in the economy and its growing importance on the international stage. Complementing this will be lectures by the Institute of Optimal Construction, dedicated to energy-efficient design, energy management, and the implementation of innovative building systems. For investors and contractors, the House Building Academy will offer practical training sessions on how to consciously plan modernizations and optimize budgets.
Icons of Global Design
Adding exceptional prestige to the event will be meetings with the icons of global design. Karim Rashid, renowned for his futuristic forms and bold colors, Ross Lovegrove, a visionary of “organic design,” and Fabio Novembre, creator of the iconic Nemo chair and Him & Her seats, are designers who have shaped the directions of contemporary design for decades. Their presence in the Warsaw Home Design Zone will be a unique opportunity to learn not only about their projects but also about the philosophies behind them.
Spaces of Creative Inspiration – Special Events
Warsaw Home & Contract 2025 will also be enriched by a series of special events that open the industry to new perspectives. Only Abstract will showcase the works of 120 abstract artists, merging contemporary art with interior design. Minimal Line by Klaudia Mączka-Rzewuska will demonstrate how functional minimalism and subtle details can transform everyday spaces. A major new feature will be the Poland Design Festival, spanning all halls and creating more than 20 thematic zones. Prepared in cooperation with partners such as Only Abstract, SPFP, Łygan Design, and Architekt Innowacji, it will become a global platform for designers, artists, and creative studios.
Another highlight will be Viva Design by MAS MARKET – a three-day series of meetings with premium Italian brands, presenting the latest innovations from Italy and concluding each day with an authentic Italian aperitivo. The program will also include Parquet Days, combining workshops and live demonstrations of modern flooring technologies under the patronage of Narzedzioholicy.pl and The Tools magazine. Rounding off the agenda will be Wiśnia Buduje, a project that connects the theme of house construction with the psychology of the investment process, complemented by expert sessions and live music events
