Did you know that:

What the window and door directory covers

This directory brings together several hundred Polish companies connected with windows, doors and related products. The businesses are organised into categories for PVC and plastic windows, aluminium windows, wooden windows, wood-aluminium windows, steel and loft windows, doors made from different materials, industrial and garage doors, fire-rated products, shutters, window ventilators, testing services and wholesale supply.

The page is a starting point for importers, distributors, wholesalers, construction companies, contractors, developers, installers, architects and procurement teams looking for a manufacturer, supplier or service provider in Poland. A company may appear in more than one category when its declared offer covers several product groups. The category counts therefore describe directory entries, not a fixed number of unique manufacturers.

Find suppliers yourself or ask Poland-Export for free assistance

You can browse company profiles that are continuously reviewed and updated and contact each business directly. Alternatively, describe what you need in the contact form. Poland-Export will help you identify suitable suppliers free of charge and forward your inquiry to interested companies.

What company profiles can show

Depending on the information supplied and the presentation level, a Poland-Export profile may include a description of the business, product categories, keywords, location in Poland, contact details, website, communication languages, declared export markets, photographs, videos and commercial materials. It may also mention cooperation models such as wholesale supply, distributor recruitment, contract production or other forms of business cooperation.

A profile can support the preliminary assessment of a potential partner by allowing you to compare the company name, location, contacts, declared offer and published materials. It is not a Poland-Export certificate, recommendation or guarantee of reliability, solvency, product quality or compliance with a project specification. Before entering into an agreement, verify relevant company data in official registers and check the supplier's current documents, references, responsibilities and commercial terms.

The level of detail is not identical in every profile. An empty field does not prove that a service is unavailable, while a statement published by a company does not replace commercial, technical or documentary due diligence. Use the directory to build a shortlist and prepare questions for direct contact.

How to choose the right category

If the material is already known, use the section for PVC, wood, aluminium, wood-aluminium or steel. Use the dedicated categories for wooden, aluminium or PVC doors, industrial and steel doors, garage doors, fire-rated products, shutters, window ventilators and testing. The wholesale category is useful when the purchasing or distribution model matters more than a single material.

This separation helps avoid comparing offers for different products. The main page covers the wider sector, while each subcategory narrows the list to a defined product or service family.

Requirements differ between English-speaking markets

English is a shared business language, but the United Kingdom and Ireland, the United States and Canada, and Australia and New Zealand are not one technical market. Product terminology, units, documentation, performance requirements, markings, installation practice and commercial responsibilities may differ by country and project. Identify the destination market before requesting quotations and ask each supplier to confirm whether the offered configuration and documents match that specific requirement.

Prepare a comparable inquiry

Before requesting a quotation, define the product type, material, dimensions, configuration, estimated quantities, destination country and delivery point. Where relevant, add required performance, glazing, finish, hardware, documentation, batch structure, packaging and unloading conditions. Send the same core specification to each shortlisted company so that differences in product, price, service and logistics are visible.

Also establish the role of each business: manufacturer, exporter, distributor, wholesaler or service provider. Ask which processes are carried out in-house, who prepares the documentation and who is responsible for approvals, changes, defects, claims and after-sales support. Minimum quantities, production times, available capacity and export experience must be confirmed for the actual inquiry rather than assumed from a general description.

Direct contact with Polish companies

Choose the subcategory closest to your project, review the profiles and contact businesses whose declared offer matches your requirement. When writing or calling, mention that you found the company through Poland-Export. This gives the supplier the context of your inquiry and links it to the company's presentation in the directory.
