QUALITY CONTROL
Our priority is to ensure the supply of a uniform batch of goods of the highest quality. The Global Gap and HACCP certificates help us in this. Our apples are stored in cold stores with a controlled atmosphere, thanks to which they retain excellent firmness, freshness and good taste almost all year round. We have cold stores for 2,200 tons of apples - including 1,100 tons with a controlled atmosphere, of which 600 tons are ULO. The entire process of maintaining the right temperature and the composition of the air is controlled by a computer. The ULO technology makes it possible to maintain a modified atmosphere with O2 at the level of 1.5%, CO2 depending on the needs - about 2%. The walls of the cold store are polyurethane, covered with stainless steel, which makes the apples retain their natural smell - like straight from the tree.
