Metalworking Fluids and Machining Concentrates

We supply high-performance water-miscible metalworking fluids from the PENTA-COOL series, designed for processes such as:

• Machining operations: turning, milling, drilling (including deep-hole drilling), and threading.
• Abrasive processing: surface and precision grinding.
• Metal forming: stamping and punching.

These products feature excellent biostability, corrosion protection properties, and superior heat dissipation. They are suitable for use with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum. Their chemical formulations prevent excessive foaming and help maintain machine cleanliness through hydrophobic properties.

Protective Coatings and Corrosion Prevention

• Rust converters and penetrating agents: Products such as FCH Rostlöser for chemical corrosion neutralization and easier disassembly of seized components.
