We are a company with over 30 years of experience in professional machining. Since the beginning of our operations, we have specialized in the production of metal components for various industrial sectors. Scope of Services

CNC Turning – from the smallest elements to parts up to Ø 800 × 3000 mm (bushings, nozzles, blades, shafts, gear components with laser-hardened surfaces)

Conventional Turning – diameter up to Ø 1000 mm, turning length up to 2000 mm

Milling – including components for rotary joints, parts for gas sensors and intrinsically safe devices, parts made of wear-resistant materials (e.g. Hardox 500)

Shaping – gears, pins, and other machine elements; shaper stroke 870 mm, max depth 430 mm, table diameter 800 mm

Welding, Hardfacing, Wear-resistant and Carbide Coatings – e.g. special debarking elements reinforced with carbide overlays

Heat and Galvanic Treatment, Laser Hardening, Powder Coating – available for manufactured parts

Plasma-Oxy Cutting – cutting parts with thicknesses from 2 mm to 120 mm

Kennametal Component Distribution – parts for the forestry, road construction, and other industries

Modernization and Refurbishment

We offer services in modernization, repair, and refurbishment of machine components, such as milling drums in road construction machines. Based on inspection, we provide a quote and – depending on the degree of wear – recommend either replacement (custom-made part) or regeneration.
